  I had to leave a one star rating as a zero star was not an option. After purchasing a new refriderator my old one began working again. I contacted the store for a refund as the new refriderator was never delivered to my home. I was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I contacted the Sears in Elizabeth City and the young lady who assisted me informed me this didn't seem like normal Sears business practice. She helped me resolve this issue with the Edenton store. It was quite difficult to reach any of the main managers (owners) as they were never in the store nor would they return phone calls. I do not reccomend this store as their business practices seem questionable and there is a significant lack of presence of main management during business hours. I will be be doing all future business at the Elizabeth City store.
